Dear john,
This week is National Police Week, where we honor, remember, and support our law enforcement, especially those who gave their lives in the line of duty. Please join me in taking a moment to recognize the thousands of South Texas peace officers who go to work every day to ensure our safety.
The men and women in blue play a crucial role in keeping our communities safe. I have always supported law enforcement, and I will continue to do so. To all our peace officers, thank you for your service.
As always, if you need help with a federal agency, please contact one of my offices: - Washington, DC: (202) 225-1640
- Laredo: (956) 725-0639
- San Antonio: (210) 271-2851

This Spring, I hosted a CHLI Global Leader, Osvaldo Grimaldo, as an intern in my Washington, DC office. Osvaldo is a resident of Roma and a recent graduate of the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV).

I also joined my colleague, Congressman Michael McCaul (R-TX-10), for the Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce annual fly-in.
I will always support small, local businesses in Congress, and I look forward to continuing my work with Congressman McCaul to ensure Texas businesses are well represented.
