John,

?

Recently we let you know about an upcoming National Action Weekend in Bristol and Suffolk.?So why are we campaigning for our next Green MPs and why in these areas?

In?Waveney Valley, Adrian Ramsay becoming an MP means for the first time people in this rural area will have a voice in the House of Commons for a form of agriculture that is pro wildlife and anti-pesticide, we will have someone speaking up for the quality of our river and air.

We will have someone talking about the need for cheap efficient buses and public transport, about the need for affordable homes, not executive, car dependent boxes on green spaces, and someone making the vital connection between the ecological crisis and social justice.?

Greens have the most councillors in Bristol City Council with 25. However the council administration is still not run by the Greens due to the Mayoral system currently in place. This will end next year.

2024 is a pivotal year for Bristol, and Carla Denyer has an excellent chance of becoming the MP. This means that we will have strong Green voices standing with Caroline Lucas to ensure that climate and social justice is firmly on the political agenda.

The campaign in Bristol to get Carla elected is in full swing.?Will you join it?

Thank you.
