Today a panel of judges on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments in Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine v. FDA—and all three judges assigned to the hearing are known anti-abortion zealots.

This is the latest legal step in the ongoing lawsuit anti-abortion extremists are hell-bent on using to manipulate the courts in their favor with the ultimate goal of banning abortion nationwide.
