Joe Biden’s pistol ban is just days away from going into effect.

On June 1st, the ATF will be able to go door-to-door to confiscate 40,000,000 firearms with attached “stabilizing braces” from gun owners – even though no such law was ever passed by Congress.

Millions of law-abiding Americans are on the verge of being turned into felons overnight!

But the allegedly “pro-gun” majority in the House of Representatives still hasn’t voted to overturn this tyrannical gun grab by passing H.J. Res. 44.

It’s time for grassroots gun owners like YOU to hold your Representative’s feet to the fire and DEMAND that they schedule a vote and pass this critical legislation right away.

If your Representative has co-sponsored H.J. Res. 44, your letter will thank them and urge them to ask House leadership to schedule a vote as soon as possible.

If they have not, your letter will urge them to vote for H.J. Res. 44 and remind them of the perils of allowing Biden and the ATF to unilaterally ban 40,000,000 firearms.

The ATF has never been in a stronger position to begin confiscating your firearms.

They’ve assembled an illegal national gun registry that comprises nearly a BILLION records.

Unless Congress takes action to rein in Biden by repealing this ban, the ATF could use that database to enforce this egregious mass infringement upon our God-given rights.

If you don’t comply, you face up to 10 years in jail and a $250,000 fine.

Sending an otherwise law-abiding citizen to jail for 10 years because they owned a piece of plastic that they were told was legal is the very definition of tyranny.

Once again: Congress hasn’t passed ANY LAW granting Biden or the ATF the power to infringe on your Second Amendment rights by banning these firearms…

…but they’re flagrantly abusing their power and doing it anyway.

The People’s House MUST put a stop to this tyranny before June 1st.

The House must go on record as being in opposition, because doing so will send a strong statement to judges around the country.

After Joe Biden bypassed Congress to implement this ban, GOA sued Biden’s ATF in the southern federal district of Texas.

A win in the House will tell judges, like the one handling our case, that this gun ban never had the support from the people’s Representatives.

John, the ATF is trying to claim as much broad authority as possible to lay the groundwork for future assaults on your Second Amendment rights.

No one can credibly claim that banning pistols with “stabilizing braces” will do anything to prevent mass shootings or gun violence.

But if Biden’s ATF is allowed to massacre your Second Amendment rights like this, it will only be a matter of time before they bypass Congress again and ban more firearms.

They’ll keep going until Americans have been completely disarmed.
