About the job
The Real Estate Services division is hiring a Property & Acquisition Specialist 5. In this role, you will be responsible for leading teams of internal staff as well as external real estate brokers and consultants to successfully complete a variety of activities such as lease negotiations, property management, appraisals, and planning. You will also be responsible for achieving identified levels of targets and goals within the scope of assigned real estate projects as measured by productivity/market competitiveness, transaction pipeline metrics, income, expense, and other performance measures that may be required from time to time.
