downgrading Ted Cruz’s chances of winning re-election.

His challenger, Colin Allred, is used to winning races people thought were
unwinnable. In 2018, he challenged a Republican in a SAFE Republican seat
– Pete Sessions won in 2014 by 25 points and won by nearly 50 (!!) points
in 2016.

Colin beat him by 7 points as a first-time candidate and won his most
recent re-election by double digits.
