Joseph Biggs, Ethan Nordean, Zachary Rehl, and Enrique Tarrio now await
sentencing.
Media outlets began reporting the terrible news only a half hour ago or so.
Let me tell you, the real crime here is the OUTRAGEOUS, UNJUST VERDICT that
condemns these patriots to prison!
As a loyal supporter of Freedom Watch, you know I’ve been warning since autumn
of 2022 that the Proud Boys were likely innocent. And the FBI and Department of
Justice KNEW IT.
As you recall, a whistleblower leaked FBI documents to conservative news
website, Gateway Pundit, in July 2022.
And here’s what an FBI Confidential Human Source said about the Proud Boys:
“The informant told his handlers at the FBI that the Kansas City Proud Boy
Group he was infiltrating and accompanied to the Capitol on January 6th “ were
not involved in, nor did they inspire the breaking of the barriers at the
Capitol building. CHS describe the scene as the crowd doing it as a “herd
mentality,” and that it was not organized.”
But there’s more.
The FBI planted a snitch inside the defense team of disabled U.S. Marine, Zach
Rehl, since April, 2021…but revealed that only on March 22.
(Investigative reporter Julie Kelly broke this critically important story.)
Zach’s attorney filed a motion to compel the FBI to reveal ALL information
they got from their snitch, but U.S. District Court Judge Tim Kelly refused to
allow it.
Frankly, what that legal motion reveals is shocking:
“During this period of time, the CHS has been in contact via telephone, text
messaging, and other electronic means, with one or more of the counsel for the
defense and at least one defendant.
During this time, the CHS also participated in prayer meetings with members
of one or more of the defendants’ families.
The CHS also engaged in discussions with one of the defendant’s family
members about replacing one of the defense counsel.”
So not only did the FBI raid Zach’s home on March 17th, 2021, arrest him, and
throw him in jail for PEACEFULLY PROTESTING OUTSIDE the Capitol on January 6th,
2021. But they also undermined his legal defense in court at every turn!
I’m reminded of what Zach told his wife, Amanda:
“They are jailing innocent people on bogus and trumped-up charges because
those people simply supported the sitting president at the time; which is
absolutely insane. If you think it can’t happen to you, look at me, because if
it can happen to me, trust me, it can happen to you.”
“IT CAN HAPPEN TO YOU.”
Patriot, those words alarm me.
That’s why I’m pulling out all the stops with my two critically important
class action lawsuits on behalf of each and every January 6 Peaceful Protester
who is getting brutally abused by the justice system.
And why I’m taking steps with other hard-hitting legal actions, too.
