Freedom Caucuses don’t just make a difference at the state level. When they
raise their voices in opposition to the horrible policies of the Biden Admin,
they get results for you at the federal level too.

Friends,

You’ve heard about it in the news. The Biden Administration recently attempted
to implement a truly absurd rule that would increase fees on responsible
homeowners to subsidize those with bad credit. As if hardworking families
haven’t suffered enough in Joe Biden’s America, now they wanted to punish those
who take care of their credit and harm future mortgage borrowers.

In response, all 11 State Freedom Caucuses signed a letter
<[link removed]> to FHFA
Director Sandra Thompson demanding they rescind this terrible new regulation.
It wasn’t long after thatthey did just that.

Freedom Caucuses don’t just make a difference at the state level. When they
raise their voices in opposition to the horrible policies of the Biden Admin,
they get results for you at the federal level too.

Arizona:

It’s no surprise, but Democrats are furious at the Arizona Freedom Caucus. The
AZFC negotiated a budget with Democrat Governor Katie Hobbs that protected the
state’s school choice program. Most Democrat lawmakers opposed the bill because
they are owned by the teachers’ union. The budget, sponsored by AZFC Chairman
Jake Hoffman, also delivered some serious tax relief - to the tune of $260
million. The state’s most toxic leftist columnist said Hobbs “got rolled” by
the AZ Freedom Caucus.

The AZ Freedom Caucus also led the way on House passage of HB 2545. The bill
would prevent the state from enforcing any rules created by international
public health entities like the progressive World Health Organization. The AZFC
helped write the bill, pushed it to the House floor, and got it over the finish
line.

This is one example of our state freedom caucuses echoing support for the
House Freedom Caucus in Washington. HFC member Rep. Andy Biggs of Arizona is
the lead sponsor of HR 79, a bill that would require the United States to
immediately withdraw from the WHO. The Network also is helping other state
freedom caucuses pass similar legislation.

South Carolina:

The Palmetto State wrapped up its legislative session last week. You may
recall that the year began with the RINO leadership in the House kicking the SC
Freedom Caucus out of the GOP caucus for refusing to sign their loyalty pledge
to never criticize a fellow Republican. Liberal Republicans were constantly
undermining the good work of the SC Freedom Caucus throughout the session.

But the good news is that the conservative grassroots is livid with the RINOs.

The York County GOP became the sixth county Republican Party in SC to
officially censure the House GOP leadership. This follows similar moves by
Lexington, Anderson, Newberry, Pickens, and Greenville. Together, these
counties represent over 1.4 million people. That’s almost 30 percent of South
Carolina’s popular. And it represents a huge portion of the state’s Republican
base.

Pennsylvania:

The PA Freedom Caucus is taking on two particularly egregious left-wing
agendas in the Keystone State.

Rather than address skyrocketing crime, Democrats in the legislature are
attempting to repeal the state’s “Stand Your Ground” law, that allows you to
legally defend yourself from being attacked.

<[link removed]>
In addition, every PAFC member voted against funding Penn State University due
to their hospital’s policy of providing sex changes to children. More on that
to come this week.

Louisiana:

The Bayou State’s legislature just began its session and things are already
heating up. In ourlast email
<[link removed]>, we talked about the
madness that occurred at the Capitol after the LA Freedom Caucus led the charge
to stop the grooming of children in schools and ban sex changes for minors.

A lot of victories
<[link removed]>
have already occurred, such as bills passed banning covid vaccine mandates
forever, bumping up the penalties for fentanyl dealers, and requiring financial
literacy courses in schools.

More will be coming down the pipeline very soon so stay tuned.

Idaho:

Since the Idaho legislature is out of session, two of our IDFC members traveled
<[link removed]> to the
southern border to witness the crisis unfold firsthand following the end of
Title 42.
