WHO: First Lady Cathy Justice, West Virginia Department of Arts, Culture and History Curator Randall Reid-Smith, West Virginia Department of Education officials.

WHAT: First Lady Justice will join education officials to announce the winners of the Golden Horseshoe Knighting Bench Design Contest. As part of this First Lady Student Artist Series, three West Virginia Career and Technical Education Centers crafted top knighting bench designs out of wood. The winning bench will be used to knight all future Golden Horseshoe award recipients.
