Mother’s Day has come and gone, but the fight for moms continues. Things have been so busy here at Vote Mama that we haven’t even had the chance to pull our mid-month fundraising numbers until today. And the honest truth is that we’re getting worried.
Our endorsement applications just opened, and we’re so excited to review the list of potential Democratic mom candidates who are ready to lead. However, if we don’t have enough funding, we’ll be limited on the support and resources that we’re able to extend to these mamas — and that means fewer chances to get them elected, which means less likelihood of defeating the GOP agenda, which means higher risk of having our rights stripped away…and so on.
You get the picture, John: A LOT is riding on our ability to keep up with our fundraising numbers, so we’re asking for your urgent help to get us caught up.
