The Operations Manager oversees aspects daily operations of the S&P Division and supervise the S&P consultants to support success in building the performance management capacity and culture of DES to achieve its mission. This position is a direct supervisor of S&P. This includes ensuring the effective delivery of services and processes to customers at the agency, division and program level. It will also influence transformation efforts through development and execution of organizational continuous improvement training and strategies. This role attends to daily management of the S&P functions, and contributes thought leadership based on expertise in the field of continuous improvement and strategy deployment. You will exercise leadership in systems thinking, managing ambiguity, modeling a growth mindset, and leading through influence.
