I know it’s easy to want to turn back when the next election seems so far away, but this is right when the trail really starts to get tough. Here’s a trade secret I’ve learned running in three nationally-targeted battleground races: A dedicated base of supporters is the foundation of a successful campaign.

High-dollar donations are nice, but there’s no replacement for a grassroots team like this one.

So when I noticed that our May fundraising is off to a rocky start and we’re at risk of falling off the edge of a cliff if we don’t turn things around ASAP, I knew I could count on you to pull us back to safety.

We’re in between a rock and a hard place.  So, can I count on you to chip away at our May goal by tossing in $25 to our campaign today?
