Because of Rogue Manhattan Prosecutor Alvin Bragg, Crime Continues to Run Rampant in New York City
- Jordan Neely, a homeless man, died earlier this month on the New York subway when Daniel Penny, an active-duty Marine, put him in a chokehold after an alleged altercation.
- Riots erupted in NYC, and on Thursday, Penny was charged with second-degree manslaughter.
- Neely was a repeat offender, arrested over 40 times. Repeat offenders should either be in jail or in an institution caring for those with mental illness.
- Because of rogue prosecutor Alvin Bragg, police officers aren’t empowered to do their jobs.
