If passed, Colin’s bill will help new parents get access to much needed financial assistance to help pay for expenses associated with a new baby, like the high cost of child care. As a new father, Colin has seen first hand the financial obstacles that new parents face, which is why he passionately worked to develop this bipartisan legislation.
