When Rahm Emmanuel left office as Mayor, we surely didn’t think that anyone could misuse their power, but Lori has exceeded expectations.
In all reality, violent crime, infrastructure, failing schools, and cost of living are still big problems for Chicago. And the Illinois GOP is still committed to getting leaders elected who will turn this mess around.
But in the meantime, we hope that Mayor Lightfoot has a nice retirement away from City Hall. We’ll be keeping our eyes on Mayor Brandon Johnson…
