Each ad highlights job-creating clean energy projects in the lawmaker’s district — we’re talking about hundreds of good-paying local jobs — that would be in serious jeopardy if the House debt-default bill became law.

We're completely filling the airwaves in these districts with our message — everyone's going to see these ads. A lot of the time MAGA extremists can get away with these kinds of votes because no one with a megaphone calls them out. That's not happening this time.

The more pressure we can put on these Republicans to narrow the vote margin, the better chance we have to avoid a final deal that slashes environmental programs and clean energy investments.

Simultaneously, we need to escalate our campaign to urge as many members of Congress and administration officials as possible to stand strong against these anti-environment attacks before they negotiate a deal. More resources will mean more calls, more messages, more ads, and more advocates demanding that the Senate and the President reject House Republicans’ hostage taking.
