I wrote a column for Townhall titled "It Didn't Have to End This Way, " which discusses the border crisis under President Biden and the dangers children face relying on violent cartels to enter the US illegally. When POLARIS National Security tried to share the column on Facebook, the platform deemed it "hate speech" and against community standards. What about telling the truth about the border and addressing the plight of migrant children would be considered hateful? This suppression by Big Tech is due to its uncomfortable truths about the Biden administration's handling of the border. The incident is just one in a pattern of Big Tech suppressing Conservative voices that challenge the narrative promoted by the Democrats. My op-ed is below, and see if you can figure out why Facebook considers it too dangerous for public consumption.
That’s not the only attack from Democrats I’ve experienced in the last week. Disturbing revelations recently emerged that the left-wing activists with very close ties to elected Democrat politicians plotted to secretly destroy the lives and careers of conservatives and Christians who have spoken out at local school board meetings or for greater parental rights. These Democrats made a “hit list.”
I am number thirty-one on their list. My family and I have been on hit lists before when we escaped communist Vietnam. Never did I think something like this would happen in America.
