Not only did the individual purportedly known as George Santos admit to theft in Brazil, but last week, he also took a quick trip back to New York, where he was taken into police custody and indicted on 13 federal charges

This news was a long time coming — and it's 14 more reasons he needs to resign. His constituents deserve better than a representative who fabricated his entire resume and whose incompetence is limitless.

But while you would think that these charges would stop him, it's clear that his audacity knows no bounds. So if he doesn't resign, we need to be ready to rally behind any Democratic nominee to vote him out. Will you chip in today to ensure we have the resources we need to hold him and his enablers accountable?

On top of it all, Santos has repeatedly joined his party in supporting stricter work requirements for programs such as Medicaid and food stamps, despite just being indicted on unemployment fraud charges. 

His hypocrisy is actively making it harder for working people to make ends meet. He has no place in Congress.
