Indiana Roundtable on Mental Health presents
Mental Health Summit Tuesday
STATEHOUSE (May 15, 2023) ?The Indiana Roundtable on Mental Health, co-chaired by Lt. Gov. Suzanne Crouch and former Eli Lily & Company CEO John Lechleiter, is presenting a Mental Health Summit Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis.
Organized by the Sagamore Institute, the Summit is part of the Indiana Roundtable on Mental Health?s mission to serve as a catalyst for change to improve the mental health status of all Indiana citizens. Part of the Summit will include Governor Eric Holcomb ceremonially signing Senate Enrolled Act 1, known as the ?mental health? bill during the recent legislative session. SEA 1 delivers an historic $100 million toward mental health treatment and expands the new 988 Crisis Response Center. The governor will also ceremonially sign HEA 1006 which connects Hoosiers suffering from mental health issues with the appropriate treatment.
