May 12, 2023 - 30026-66-GP-22 (Record No. 17187) - This matter is before the Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) upon the Application of Black Hills Wyoming Gas, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy (BHWG or the Company) for authority to pass on a Gas Cost Adjustment Rate (GCA) decrease in wholesale gas costs of $0.1155 per therm. Additionally, pursuant to Commission Rule Chapter 2, Section 30, BHWG filed a Petition for Confidential Treatment of Exhibits 4, 5 and 6; a Petition for Highly Sensitive Confidential Treatment of Excel Model; and a Petition for Highly Sensitive Confidential Treatment of Highly Sensitive Confidential Amended Exhibit 1 - Model and Confidential Supplemental Exhibit 5 -Summary of Gas Purchases Part 5 (Petitions).
