Monday 5/15 8 AM - Senate Commerce and Labor hearing on AB250 AB250 seeks to expand on the protections of the Inflation Reduction Act for all Nevadans by tying prices for drugs in Nevada to the rates negotiated federally by Medicare. 11 AM - Senate Floor Session General File: AJR6 - Proposes to amend the Nevada Constitution to adopt the National Popular Vote Compact. SUPPORT AB354 - Prohibits guns at polling locations, voting locations, vote centers, ballot drop-off locations, and ballot tabulation areas; a language clarification providing the definition to unfinished frames and receivers to ensure the intent of AB286 (2021) is upheld.
