I want to take a moment to wish you and your loved ones a Happy Mother's Day!
Being a mom is both very challenging and very rewarding, and it is a job that deserves our respect and support. My wife, Britainy, is an all-star mother in more ways than I can count. She shows me daily how lucky I am to have her by my side, raising Will and Lila (and Winnie!) and using her time and energy to support kids across Kentucky with boundless love and kindness.

As governor, I am proud to fight for programs that support mothers, children, and families across our Commonwealth. Since day one, I've been committed to investing in affordable healthcare and childcare, quality public education, economic development that will lead to prosperity for the next generation, early childhood education, and policies that allow mothers and parents to provide the best possible opportunities for their children.
I’m also grateful for my own mother, Jane, for raising me with the strong Kentucky values of faith, family, and hard work. Every day, I’m so proud of all the work she’s done to impact lives across Kentucky — as First Lady, as an advocate and as a leader for the Commonwealth.
