My mom just told me all about the kind words and bits of inspiration people have been sending in! I can’t thank you enough. 

But I wanted to take a minute to talk about my mom and to say Happy Mother’s Day!

My mom, Barbara, has been my biggest cheerleader and source of inspiration since day one. She has always encouraged me to pursue my dreams, no matter how big or small. She has been there for me through every triumph and every setback, always reminding me of who I am. Her love and support have been the fuel that drives me to be the best version of myself, both on and off the field.

This Mother's Day, I want to take a moment to honor not only my mom, but all moms, grandmothers, aunts, and mother figures out there who have made countless sacrifices, shed countless tears, and given countless hugs to all Special Olympics athletes, just like me!
