coming up on some of the most important state elections of 2023: the
Virginia state primaries.

have a big impact on which party ends up in control of the state
government — and its policy agenda.

Virginia Republicans have been ramping up their attacks on public
education and abortion rights. Their actions set a serious, grave
precedent for state and local governments across the country, which is
exactly why this primary election will impact all of us.
