McCarthy is trying to balance the budget on the backs of our Veterans.

The GOP voted to make severe, dangerous cuts to the Department of Veterans Affairs. These cuts would make it harder for Veterans and Military Families to access the benefits they have earned and depend on.

I joined VoteVets on the Hill after the GOP’s shameful vote to break our commitment to our Veterans because we have to hold them accountable for this vote.

And here’s some good news: VoteVets has a plan to do that.
