If Jim Jordan, the U.S. Representative for Ohio's 4th Congressional District, hadn't already made a name for himself with his absurd rants and orchestration of government shutdowns, his shameless defense of Trump during the U.S. House's impeachment deliberations would have put him on the map (the manipulated map, that is).
Why is he able to get away with these extreme positions? These two figures explain it all:
If we want to kick extremists like Jordan out of Congress, we have to secure fair maps. Ohio is one of our nine 2020 target states, but winning down-ballot elections so that Democrats can end the GOP's map manipulation will be a challenge.
