We all know, a nuclear war can never be won.

Building up massive stockpiles of doomsday weapons that can never be used under the fallacy of 'Mutually Assured Destruction' only magnifies the threat to humanity, increasing the likelihood that someday they could be used or fall into the wrong hands.

We have the opportunity during the G7 Summit, held this May 19-21 in Hiroshima, to highlight the necessity to limit these arms, as world leaders meet in one of the two cities destroyed by a nuclear bomb by the United States in World War II.

Will you join with us and encourage President Biden to take the lead in addressing the need for multinational disarmament at the G7 Summit this year?

President Biden has consistently been on the right side of history regarding nuclear weapons.

He has filled his administration with officials who follow his lead to prioritize disarmament and diplomacy. He recognizes our nation’s unique responsibility, as the only nation ever to have used nuclear weapons in conflict, to revitalize and strengthen the international community’s commitment to build a world without nuclear war.

Let’s encourage President Biden to make good on his promises and use the upcoming G7 summit to push forward the work of the pro-peace, pro-disarmament majority, by sending him the following letter:
