The American people deserve a Supreme Court we can trust to be fair and uphold justice for all.

But the illegitimate, corrupt, far-right majority on the Supreme Court continues to target our rights and undermine our democracy.

I spoke at a rally this month in Detroit in support of the Just Majority Coalition’s push for much-needed court reforms, such as expanding the number of Justices to restore balance to what has become an openly partisan, right-wing institution.

In the midst of disturbing ethics scandals involving Justices Thomas, Roberts, and Gorsuch, it’s clear that we must also enforce a binding code of conduct so our Supreme Court Justices are held accountable for their ethics violations.

Please sign on in support of expanding the Supreme Court and implementing a binding code of ethics for Justices. We must act urgently to stop the illegitimate Supreme Court from undermining our democracy.
