This is KR, Executive Director for Breast Cancer Action. Earlier this week you received an email from Heather Perkins, Deputy Director, with her powerful story and ask of you. I ask you now to continue your support as the staff, board, and I plan our scope of work for the next year of radical action.

Our work at BCAction is rooted in taking action to hold accountable the structures and systems that diminish people’s health and wellbeing. We galvanize activists across the country to raise our collective voices and to sign on to petitions, letters, and legislation that promise equitable outcomes toward the goal of health justice.

Will you join us in this vision? This work is unique in the breast cancer advocacy landscape. We do this work through a health justice lens unlike any other organization.

And we do so because we know this is the most effective approach to address and end breast cancer. It will take these types of large-scale public health changes that center those most impacted by the breast cancer crisis, to reverberate outward and most effective address this crisis for ALL communities.

Together, we can achieve a world in which people and communities thrive because they are healthy, liberated, and free from breast cancer.
