Lincoln County Visit Highlights State's Energy Leadership From Coal to Nuclear and Carbon Capture
The Governor?underscored Wyoming's position as a national leader in energy production and innovation during a trip that featured stops at the Kemmerer Mine, the TerraPower Natrium site, and Shute Creek, the world?s largest carbon capture facility. Governor celebrates locally-funded projects in Carbon County
North Platte Valley Medical Center
During a visit to Carbon County this week, Governor Gordon attended a ribbon cutting for the North Platte Valley Medical Center in Saratoga and celebrated the dedication of the new Carbon County Courthouse. The Governor also met with emergency managers at the Carbon County Emergency Operations Center and thanked inmates at the Wyoming State Penitentiary who have been filling sandbags for local communities to use in the event of flooding.??
