We're working with California Assembly Member Ting’s office for a state law to work with businesses to greatly reduce the receipt use and eliminate endocrine-disrupting chemicals BPS/BPA altogether. The bill is making its way through the legislature. We will keep you posted!

Sustainable INvestment

Green America stands up for your freedom to invest. We sent a letter to the House Oversight Committee for a hearing with state attorneys general trying to ban environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) investing. All people deserve the right to invest responsibly.

Kroger Action

Kroger has a major problem with super-polluting, greenhouse gases called hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs). we need Kroger to take action to cut these dangerous emissions.

Specialized Action

Cycling company Specialized positions itself as a green company, but there is nothing green about Specialized workers being cheated out of wages.
