For fifty years, Title IX has promoted and protected women’s collegiate sports, which have in turn enabled countless women to attend college on sports scholarships and participate in athletic programs. But in a blatant setback for female athletes, President Joe Biden’s Department of Education has bowed to gender ideology by proposing a new rule that would prohibit schools from keeping men out of women’s sports without jumping through bureaucratic hoops, like proving that separating the sexes is necessary for safety and proving that this wouldn’t harm boys who identify as girls. This rule would use federal government pressure to push schools to create uncomfortable, even dangerous, situations for female athletes.

The period for public comment ends THIS COMING MONDAY, May 15! The Biden administration needs to hear from you! We’ve provided a template for you but highly encourage you to personalize it and make it your own.

This administration will stop at nothing to push gender ideology through our education system—on schools, on staff, and on vulnerable young students. We must stand up for women and girls.

It is vital that we show the Biden administration that we will not sit by as opportunities and safety are stolen from women and girls in sports. Take a few minutes now to submit a comment to oppose this new rule!
