Dear Friend of MCV,
I wanted to make sure you saw this invitation to Conservation Lobby Day 2023.
As we approach the final stretch of this legislative session, we have an opportunity to make big moves for climate, justice, and the environment in our state.
We hope you can join us at the State House this coming Thursday, May 18 to advocate for some of the biggest bills of the session, including the proposal to recognize the inherent sovereign rights of the Wabanaki Nations and the bill to responsibly develop offshore wind in Maine (LD 1895). Please register here to be part of the movement! [[link removed]]

The committee hearing on the offshore wind bill (LD 1895) will also be happening on Thursday, making this an especially impactful day. Let’s show legislators just how many Mainers support fighting climate change and transitioning to clean, renewable energy!
As always, thanks for all you do.
– Beth
