Good morning from  Washington, where President Biden made policy changes that broke our southern border as a barrier to illegal immigrants. Now some on his team don’t want journalists to witness a new surge of border crossers, our Mary Margaret Olohan reports. The Left uses horrific homicides and mass murders to score political points, Victor Davis Hanson writes. Plus: energy policies that make no sense; what the Pulitzer Prizes tell us about today’s media; and a day to celebrate real women. Fifty years ago today,  Bobby Riggs, 55, defeats fellow tennis star Margaret Court, 30, in a Mother’s Day match that Riggs dubbed a “battle of the sexes.” (Four months later, Riggs would lose a similar match to Billie Jean King, 29.) Don’t forget: Tomorrow is Mother’s Day.
