The 2021 heat dome killed over 600 British Columbians in four days. We have known for decades that burning fossil fuels and felling our forests threatens our survival. And still, our so-called leaders dither.
As Green Party Leader Elizabeth May has said, "While Quebec and British Columbia are dealing with flooding, Alberta is on fire. Canada needs leaders who can make the bold decisions required to protect our planet and our future. What is necessary must be possible."
