From the results we do have from
the Iowa caucus, Sanders got the most votes (and tied for number of
delegates). Bernie will win, but we’ve got a lot of work to do to get
him there. And once he wins we will continue to fight alongside him to
enact Medicare for All, tuition-free college, a Green New Deal, and so
much more. Every weekend this month we’re focusing our energy on
different cities across the East Bay to Build the Bay
for Bernie and Democratic Socialism!

Last weekend, we built the bay for
Bernie in Richmond and now we’re planning two days of canvassing in
Oakland. This weekend's events kick off Friday with a debate watch
party, and continues with back-to-back canvasses on Saturday in East
Oakland (Coliseum) and Sunday at Lake Merritt. Join us to build the
political revolution in Oakland and across the bay!

Claudia, who had to spend most of her health savings account
yesterday for a single ER visit and was instantly excited for Bernie
and medicare for all!
Lida was on the fence at first, but ended up signing up
her and her sister Princess to support "grandpa Bernie" and find out
more about the DSA!
Our
movement is growing stronger every day — but we need all the help we
can to deliver a resounding victory for Bernie in California on Super
Tuesday. There’s no experience necessary to come and canvass
with us, and there’s never been a better time to get
involved.
