John: Every federal judge in this country – except the nine justices of the Supreme Court – are bound by a code of ethics that prevents blatant conflicts of interest. Republican justices on the Court have been behaving as if they are untouchable, as if the rules shouldn't apply to them. But the American people have had enough.
