We proudly support these outstanding nominees because we know our rights are at stake. We trust them to continue to defend our reproductive rights, hold abusive law enforcement officials accountable, and protect our right to vote.
There are still nearly 100 vacancies across the federal judiciary at the district and circuit court levels — and just 35 nominees currently in the pipeline to fill those vacancies. Ultraconservatives are pulling out old tricks from their playbook to obstruct the confirmation of these highly-qualified judicial nominees.

We’ve witnessed how far conservative, MAGA judges are willing to backtrack on all the progress we’ve made. In the past few years, they’ve allowed the expulsion of asylum seekers, sanctioned abortion bans, and rejected challenges to discrimination against the LGBTQ community. With fair judges, we can have a justice system that works for all of us.
