Fellow Democrats,
Tonight, the out-of-touch IL GOP are in Peoria for one of their biggest events of the year, with none other than Florida Governor Ron DeSantis as their keynote speaker.
Inviting one of the most radical far-right Governors of our time to give a keynote speech on his “record of success” shows, once again, the IL GOP have not learned their lesson. The further to the extreme right the IL GOP goes, voters continue to reject them and their candidates.
This trip is part of DeSantis’ national tour to test his message before launching his campaign for President. Rest assured, his message won’t play well in Peoria.
Let’s let DeSantis know that his extremist policies will never gain any traction in Illinois.
Illinois’ voters continue to reject radical Republicans like DeSantis again and again, and with your help, that is not changing any time soon.
