We Only Have 543 Days!

Yes, we are already counting down the days until the 2024 Presidential Election! It might feel far off, but with more than 26 million Americans living without the photo IDs they need to access health care, emergency services, employment, and more, we have a tremendous amount of work to do.

So, what are we doing to prepare? Recently, we expanded our service area to include Kentucky, Missouri, and Ohio. We are rapidly bringing on and training new partners and getting IDs into the hands of the most vulnerable Americans.

Along with this critical work, we’re continuing to focus on our voter turnout efforts. We know that the 1% vote 99% of the time while the lowest percentile almost never turns out. So how do we get our clients from 0% turnout to 40%? Time. Community. Education.

One of the most important factors of our success is our ability to make connections with our clients. We achieve this through partnerships, year-round dedication to the communities where voters live and work, and by creating voter guides that are easy to access, easy to read, and easy to share.
