All eyes are on the special election in House District 163 -- and it could go either way!
This race is going to come down to turnout. We're working around the clock talking to pro-environment voters to get them to return their mail-in ballots or get to the polls on Tuesday.
These conversations could decide this race and determine whether pro-environment leaders keep control of the State House.
This is a race we never budgeted for, and we need you to keep going. Will you help support our efforts to elect Heather Boyd and keep control of the House in pro-environment hands? [[link removed]]

Hi there –
We are less than a week away from a special election that will determine if pro-environment legislators maintain their razor-thin majority in the State House.
Here’s what’s happening: There’s an open House seat in Delaware County that’s polling way closer than it should. If this seat gets flipped, pro-environment leaders lose control of the House – and we’ll lose our chance to put forward bold policies to fix our pollution problems, create good jobs, protect the right to vote, and create a livable climate for our children and grandchildren.
We need to ramp up a massive voter outreach operation to elect Heather Boyd, who will fight to make Pennsylvania a cleaner, healthier place to raise our families and will maintain our pro-democracy majority.
We hadn’t budgeted for this campaign, but sitting out this special election isn’t an option.
Will you pitch in $10 or more today to support our efforts to elect Heather Boyd and preserve our environmental priorities? [[link removed]] Together we need to go all in, and we can’t win this fight without you.
CHIP IN NOW! [[link removed]]
The stakes have never been higher – if the anti-environment candidate wins this special election and we lose our razor-thin majority, anti-environment legislators will have constitutional amendments ready to hit the debate floor that will disenfranchise thousands of Pennsylvanians and put our environment and democracy at risk.
We must fight the ongoing attacks on our democracy with everything we’ve got. We’re running digital ads, calling voters who will make a difference, and ramping up our support for Heather Boyd so that she gets elected and pro-environment legislators keep control of the House.
But the truth is, our resources are running low, especially as we continue to fight back against anti-environment attacks in Harrisburg that prioritize polluters over Pennsylvanians. The scale of our work depends on members like you.
The stakes are at an all-time high, and we can only do this with your help. Donate to our Political Action Committee today so we can continue our work through election day and long after. [[link removed]]
Thanks for all that you do for our movement,
