For years, the state, led by former Governor Andrew Cuomo and former Superintendent of the Department of Financial Services Maria Vullo, attempted to coerce banks and other financial institutions against doing business with our Association. Simply because they disagreed with our 2A point of view.
This is a blatant and egregious violation of the First Amendment rights of the NRA and, by extension, our millions of law-abiding members. It cannot be allowed to stand.
