"**This recruitment will be used to fill two positions. These positions may be assigned to cover projects from as far south as Vancouver to the greater Tacoma area. These positions may allow for teleworking full time. Depending on location of projects and/or teleworking location, frequent travel could be required.*"

 

These senior-level *Project Manager *positions within Facility Professional Services (FPS) division serve as the principal project manager and client advocate for specific state facilities or institutions which will have campuses with multiple buildings. In this role, you will provide coordination and project management for all design and construction of public works projects to meet client requirements at those facilities.

 

The ideal candidate is a dynamic project manager with a working knowledge of the theories, principles, and practices of architectural and engineering design, with emphasis on planning and design of public buildings and facilities. You have a strong understanding of program, project management, and construction delivery principles and practices. You possess the ability to adapt easily to changing business environments, needs, and work conditions. You will also possess strong communication skills and the ability to develop and build relationships with a broad client base.
