Yesterday, after years of tireless advocacy and determination, the SHIELD Act was passed out of the Senate Judiciary Committee by a bipartisan, unanimous vote. 

This achievement is thanks in no small part to Senator Amy Klobuchar’s hard work and perseverance.

Our work is not yet done — the bill still needs to pass through the full Senate. HER Time and Amy are hoping to build on the momentum we’ve created to get SHIELD through Congress and on President Biden’s desk to sign.
