John, FiveThirtyEight is already calling Senator Tim Kaine’s seat in Virginia a potential “pickup opportunity for Republicans” in 2024, and a new report from Morning Consult lists Tim Kaine as a “vulnerable incumbent.”

Before I explain just why it is important we re-elect Senator Kaine, first, I’d like to ask you to please consider splitting a donation between Tim Kaine’s re-election campaign and mine today. [link removed]

As you may know, Senator Kaine and I have worked closely together in the Senate on many initiatives that benefit Americans all across the country.

Our shared commitment to affordable health care, workers' rights, environmental protection, and criminal justice reform is unwavering, and we have been in lockstep in our efforts to create real progress for our country.

However, Republicans are gunning for Tim’s seat. Losing this seat is not an option. Not only would this be a devastating setback for the progress we have made, but we would be losing a valuable and dedicated public servant.

Despite a nearly deadlocked Senate, my Democratic colleagues and I are forging ahead and making progress. But we can’t afford to lose a single vote in 2024. Will you split a donation between my campaign and Tim Kaine’s to help us defend this seat and keep the Senate blue? [link removed]

Even a small contribution can make a big difference. Your support will be critical in helping to ensure that we keep the Senate blue and continue to fight for the values that matter most to you and your community.

Together, we can make sure that Senator Kaine is re-elected and that we continue to make progress for all Americans.

My best,

Senator Dick Durbin
