Team,

Today, our litigation team is at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the
Fifth Circuit arguing to throw out Mississippi's six-week abortion
ban. A panel of three judges on that court already struck down the
state's law banning abortion at 15 weeks, and this six-week ban is an
even more extreme attempt to restrict abortion access in the state.

Then, tomorrow, we're headed to the District Court of Oklahoma County
to block two harmful state laws from taking effect. The laws ban the
use of telemedicine to provide medication abortion and prohibit
qualified advanced practice clinicians from providing abortions.

These are just two of 31 cases that the Center is currently
litigating to protect reproductive rights and abortion access across
the United States. And, with your support, we'll continue to
take states like Mississippi and Oklahoma to court until anti-abortion
legislators get the message: we will not back down.

Please, will you make a generous gift today to help us
continue fighting back?

You and I both know that we are facing an all-out assault on abortion
access in the United States. Our opponents are executing an
aggressive, coordinated national strategy to legislate abortion out of
existence-but with you by our side, we will keep fighting.

Center supporters like you are critical to our success in these
cases, and all our work around the world.

I hope you'll make a generous gift today to ensure we can continue
fighting, because it's clear this fight is far from over.
