Far too many mass shootings are conducted with assault weapons – these weapons of mass destruction belong on the battlefield, NOT in malls, schools, grocery stores and movie theaters.

That's why we must call for a ban on these weapons. The gun lobby cannot and should not profit off of the loss of human life.
