The crisis at the border will become a catastrophe after President Biden allows Title 42 to expire at midnight. 

Right now, there are literally tens of thousands of migrants at the border waiting to enter our country the moment Title 42 expires. They know they’ll get to stay here instead of being quickly expelled.

President Biden has no plan, and his administration is completely unprepared.

That’s why I recently introduced bipartisan legislation to immediately replace Title 42 so we can immediately expel migrants and stop the expected surge in illegal immigration. We must regain control of our border, and Congress needs to pass my bill to prevent the fallout from Title 42 expiring.
