We endorsed two pro-choice champions this week, so we've been running a 2-day Senate Flash Fund to help pro-choice candidates SAVE our Senate majority!
Your chance to be a part of it ends at midnight tonight. Donate to our Senate Flash Fund now:
John,
When it comes to holding the Democratic Senate majority in 2024, defense is the name of the game. There are almost twice as many Democratic seats as Republican seats up for reelection this cycle, which means the GOP will be fighting hard to flip seats wherever they can. And remember — they only need to flip TWO to take control of the chamber (and therefore all of Congress).
A Republican-held Congress is a one-way ticket to a national abortion ban, plain and simple. It was a day-one priority for House Republicans, and we know the Senate under Mitch McConnell would be no different. That's why we're running a Senate Flash Fund — 48 hours to surge support for Democratic pro-choice women running for Senate seats. The fund ends at midnight tonight. To be a part of it, donate now.
There are two open seats held by Democrats this year, and we're proud to have endorsed for both of them. Holding these seats is critical to holding our majority. Rep. Elissa Slotkin is running for the Michigan seat EMILYs List champion Sen. Debbie Stabenow will retire from next year, and County Executive Angela Alsobrooks is running to keep Maryland's open seat blue.
We've also endorsed a slate of righteous Democratic pro-choice women already in office across the country, including Sens. Mazie Hirono (HI), Amy Klobuchar (MN), and Elizabeth Warren (MA). We cannot protect the Senate majority without protecting our Democratic pro-choice incumbents!
Two open seats. Two endorsements this week. Two days to raise $75,000 and help save the Senate — and we're on day two! This is your last chance to surge support as part of our Senate Flash Fund. Donate now to be a part of the fight:
