John -- Howard University is awarding Jim with an honorary doctorate degree at their graduation this weekend (and President Biden is giving the commencement address!)

Congressman Clyburn will receive the honorary Doctor of Humane Letters for his lifelong commitment to advancing justice, equality, and civil rights for all and his efforts in Congress to support and preserve historically Black colleges and universities like Howard during the 155th Commencement Convocation at Howard this Saturday, May 13th.
